Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your PBC account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to delete your account:

Option 1: From the App

Open PBC Empresa or PBC Go
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to support@primebclub.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data will be deleted:

Your profile information (name, email, phone)
Your company data (if you are a business owner)
Financial records, estimates, invoices, and contracts
Time tracking records
Social posts and comments
All associated files and images

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
